Qasil is a organic soap, used long befor the manufactured one we use now in arb and east african lands. it helps in cleaning the skin and hair ( ( good if u have aczima )) used also to wash the dead ppl with. it helps as a cleanser but it need repeating and there is no side efect. used also 4 ppl whocomplain of sixir or nafsi to help them..
